I am currently studying business working toward a degree via Open University in the UK. I am a UK resident and will be moving to the United States (MA) later this year with a working Visa/Green Card. I wish to continue studying and need information regarding the transfer of my credits to a U.S. college.
It is certainly possible to look into transfering your credits and to continue your studies in the U.S. First, I would suggest finding several U.S. universities that have business programs of interest to you. Then I would suggest contacting their Admissions Office; ask to speak to an international student advisor as they specialize in situations like yours. Finally, if you have credits that do not transfer, you may want to consider trying to test out of some of those courses via the College Level Examination Program (C.L.E.P.) or another method that may be available.
